Franz Ferdinand returned to live action in Ireland this weekend, premiering a host of new material.
The Scottish indie act have been absent from the music scene since 2009 but have now returned to the stage for a small show at Dolans in Limerick, Ireland on Saturday, May 19th.
The band performed a set featuring some of their biggest hits, Do You Want To, Take Me Out and This Fire, as well as a total of four new songs. One of which, Right Thoughts, you can watch below.
The other new tracks they played in Ireland are said to be titled Brief Encounters, Fresh Strawberries and Trees And Animals. Franz Ferdinand are set to headline Field Day festival in London on June the 2nd.
