After being stuck in limbo for a period of time, All Is By My Side, the biopic of legendary guitarist Jimi Hendrix is now officially in pre-production according to the Irish Film & Television Network.
The film will star OutKast rapper André 3000, and it will document the legendary guitarist’s period in England from 1966-1967 when he recorded his acclaimed debut, Are You Experienced.
Currently, the film's progress is set in Wicklow, Ireland, where principal photography will be taking place in three weeks time in Dublin and Wicklow. The director of the film will be John Ridley, who formerly wrote the scripts for 'U-Turn' and 'Three Kings'.
