Noel Gallagher could possibly be set to make an appearance on Coldplay's next album.
The once-Oasis writer, guitarist and singer, was joined by Chris Martin onstage at this week's Brit Awards, when performing with his 'High Flying Birds' and seemingly has been asked by Coldplay to appear on their next studio effort.
A blogpost by one of Coldplay's 'roadies' on their website said:
"Noel stamps on a pedal and starts off a loop of glorious noise. Chris has his iPhone out to record it, excitedly proclaiming it the most amazing thing he's ever heard."
"Where it'll end up, I've no idea, but if it finds its way into a song, Noel could easily be playing on the next record."
At present, Gallagher is polishing off the last few dates of the UK leg of his tour, then heading out across Europe and the US, before returning to home soil for the summer festival season. Busy man ...
